● Defective Items / After-Sales Service:

Evidence: Provide clear photos and a detailed description of the defect.
Resolution: Once the defect is verified by our team, we will provide a replacement or a full refund.
● Unclaimed Packages
If a package is not collected and remains unclaimed, it will be disposed of immediately. We do not offer re-shipping, replacements, or refund services for unclaimed orders.

Final Decision: The determination of "defective goods" is at the sole discretion of XRAGE official customer service. Damage caused by human error or during transit is not covered under this policy.
Out of Stock: In the event that a defective item is sold out and cannot be replaced, a full refund will be issued.
